Oriented church located within a rectangular walled churchyard.
In the 12th century, this church replaced by a square-aisled worship centred octagonal tower and an adjacent superstructure and choir. probably late 16th or early 17th century enlarged with a south aisle. In 1818, the current late-classical church built to replace the dilapidated early-Gothic church. The church is damaged during the First World War and later restored.
