Take a number to be called for your turn at the window. Applications are available and plentiful. Have 2 photos ready; they are to be glued onto the application. A photocopy of your passport is required; photocopy service is upstairs at 1 baht per page. No proof of income was required as of July 2010...that was my experience...the letter of the law may be different however.
