The heritage-protected turbine house is the last still preserved building of the former share brewery Feldschlößchen which was founded in 1858.
After extensive repair works, it was opened on March 12th 1998 as “Feldschlößchen Stammhaus”.The museum in the tower stretches over three floors.
The exhibition pieces were put up with a lot of love for detail.
Every guest interested in the art of brewing can literally acquaint himself with the knowledge of brewing step by step or even, led by a master brewer, get acquainted.
Feldschlößchen Stammhaus offers today’s guests especially good basic cuisine. In fact, this is not only limited to Saxony due to nationwide beer selection.
