The TRADE COMPANY « RUSSIAN TRADITIONS» has an exclusive right to market the produce of two factories. Kaluga and Pronsky sturgeon farms are located in environmentally sound areas surrounded by woodlands. Both factories are engaged in sturgeon breeding and release of sturgeon products as well as in caviar production. Fish is grown at these fish farms under the supervision of internationally recognized Russian scientists. This affords an opportunity to ensure excellence and guaranteed quality of ecologically clean output of a luxury product line. All this has been achieved due to the use of the following:
State-of-the-art technology of keeping the fish under the conditions of water recirculation making it possible to grow the fish and receive caviar employing intensive techniques at optimum temperatures;
Our sturgeon are grown in clean, fresh water;
Ecologically clean production technology, without using any chemicals;
Know-how providing for a longer shelf-life of the product and at the same time improving its taste; Packaging extending the shelf-life and cannot be counterfeit by pirate producers
