The Fortress located in front of Mt.Hasan Dede,on a steep hill.At one point the castle overlooking the plains are all Pasinler.For centuries, from the east on the road to Erzurum, the task has been a very important military base by th castle.
The bodies of the ancient towers and castles were largely destroyed. In recent years, repairs were made into the castle to attract the tourists. Outside the gates of the castle was destroyed and disappeared. Also, in uniform and decorated the entrance of the castle made of stone pillars and arches and the inscription was not. Castles were built on very steep rocks, old cars, even animals would not be out.
