Packed with Mobile, Site to Site dishes, and other antennas this tower plays an important role in long distance communications between two of Britains biggest RAF/USAF Bases. It also carries telephone trunk lines, fibre optic and other data and distributes it across Newark and Nottinghamshire. The views from the road here are fantastic and the tower it's self is massive and could also be part of the Backbone system in place to ensure comms exist during/after a war. It also has a backup generator which proves its importance.
