    This is how wise our government spend our money. Many of them are so called White Elephant. Very expensive villas for APEC delegates. Now they are villas of ghosts, monkeys, rats, snakes, cockroach and wild vines and bushes. They are so lucky to have a shelter for visitors. But for a pauper like me, we have to bear the stentch of sewer of living under the bridge of every city.
