Conservation Park South-East of Adelaide. Accessed from Adelaide-Goolwa Rd. Bushwalkers and birdwatchers use this park's many walking trails to enjoy the scenery and wildlife among the low wooded hills. Each trail has a varying mood, dependent on the time of day, the weather or the season. Cox Scrub was devastated by the 1983 Ash Wednesday bushfires and the regenerating vegetation is uncommon in this area.

History
The majority of the park was previously owned by the late Mr V Cox of Ashbourne, who preserved the area in a natural state for overwintering his honey bees. The land was purchased from Mr Cox in 1969 on condition that he be allowed to keep bees in the park for as long as he required. This right was withdrawn following his death. Further smaller additions to the park were made in 1977 and 1982.
