Is a town in north-eastern Poland. It is the home of the Supraśl Lavra, one of only six Eastern Orthodox monasteries for males in Poland. Situated in the Podlasie Voivodship (since 1999), previously in Białystok Voivodship (1975-1998). It is located in Białystok County, about 15 km northeast of Białystok. It is the seat of the Gmina of Supraśl. Its population numbers 4,526 (2004).
