The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH), is located on Ipswich Road in Woolloongabba, Australia. It is one of the major hospitals in Brisbane and is a teaching hospital of the University of Queensland. It is a tertiary level teaching hospital with all major medical and surgical specialities onsite except for obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics. A new building was opened in 2000 to replace the aging red-brick PA Hospital complex built in the 1950s.
