In Reippi, you can see the region's widest historical collection of agricultural equipment. The museum, founded in 1978, consists of eight buildings collected from different farms, and most of the objects present are more than a hundred years old. In the sheds, there are a lot of different tools used by farmers, their wives, shoemakers, carpenters and blacksmiths. The barns contain big farm machines.
One of the most interesting buildings is the pitch-dark smoke sauna, which in the past was used for many purposes other than bathing. It was in the sauna that women gave birth, and when there was a death in the family, the body was kept in the sauna until it was taken away and buried.
