  • In 1979 I came to Kashmir, the heaven on earth for the first time for NHTP program of Youth Hostel. I stayed here on this ground in camp for 3 days before leaving for Margan pass and Synthan Pass to come bak here. I cherish the memories here and wish to visit once.
  • I did the same trek in 1979 starting from base camp at this ground. The trek through Margan and Synthan passes was fantastic. Hope to go back there sometimes..
  • Did the same trek by most probably in 1975. Crossed over Margan Pass into Anantnag and back. Next year travelled from Kishtwar up the chandrabhaga to Pindar Valley to cross the Sach Pass from Killar onto Tissa and Trella and further to Chamba and Pathankot.
