this was at one time the dow brewery. dow used to be a most popular beer in these parts untill the late sixties when they put cobalt salts in the beer as a preservative and killed a bunch of people. you can guess the rest. it now sits empty and alone (well almost alone) in all its massive awe inspiring magnificence. its hard to get in and even when you do its a pitch black seven storey maze of corridors and giants pits. but if you can make it to the roof you will get one of the best views of downtown montreal you will ever see. great place to watch a summer sunset.
