This is the last stop on the Plymouth to Banjul car rally, which you can find at www.plymouth-dakar.co.uk. The first group of the 2007 rally arrived today (January 7, 2002. Brett Long was the winner in a car called "The Flying Weiner Mobile," which will be auctioned off for charity this week. Brett is from Los Angeles, California and was one of the few Americans in the race.

Banjul is not on an island! It is on the south bank of the river. There is indeed a ferry to Barra on the north bank. I can't edit Wikipedia because my Uni's IP is blocked, but would somebody sort this, please?
