Gerbang Jogosuro adalah pintu masuk utara ke dalam kawasan jeron beteng. Kini gerbang ini hanya berupa gapura.

Name of one building that serves as a gateway into and out of the Yogyakarta palace complex. The building is located to the north on the west side of the fortress complex of the Yogyakarta Palace. Jagasura word comes from two words 'jaga = keep' and 'sura = brave'. Thus, Plengkung Jagasura has meaning as a gate (the place and out of) the palace complex that symbolizes a sense of courage.
