Now no longer an operating farm as the surrounding land was sold for housing. The buildings have been renovated into new residential properties. The buildings themselves are date from the early 16th century when they were one of the Vesey cottages, built by Bishop John Vesey to house the poor of the town. The projecting front wing has 1671 dated on the gable. It is Grade II listed.
