Two Grade II Listed buildings, the most celebrated work of regional architect J.D.Wester. One, Edwardian (built 1902) under threat of demolition from Sheffield University. Demolition will afford approx 10% space gains for a proposed new Engineering building. A Victorian building (1877) by the same architect stands adjacent and has been refurbished.
