This substation isn't anywhere near or related to any of these comments. However, that is a good vimeo of the Ellensburg River Canyon cliff jumping. The Wautoma Substation is over 100 miles from Ellensburg and the opposite side of the diversion dam mentioned. As far as the cracked dam - I think that is another power supplier by contract.
