Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura is a cultural theme park situated in a beautiful mountain setting.
A recreation of Tokyo in the Edo era (1603-1868). The emphasis is on fun however there are still many educational exhibits and interactive experiences available. Don't miss the action-packed ninja shows or the mesmerising beauty of the Oiran dochu (Courtesans procession).

Getting there:
Edo Wonderland may be accessed easily from Tokyo, there are a number of routes to Edo Wonderland, the best option depends largely on the departure time from Asakusa.

Two main routes via Asakusa:
1. Take train from Tobu Asakusa Station to Tobu Nikko Station. From Tobu Nikko Station walk 2 minutes to JR Nikko station and catch the Edo Wonderland free shuttle bus to Edo Wonderland.

2. Take train From Tobu Asakusa Station to Kinugawa Onsen Station. From Kinugawa Onsen Station take the local bus (around 15 minutes) to Edo Wonderland.
