Consisting of a pair of skyscrapers 22 stories high and 302 ft (92 m) tall, locally known as the Twin Towers. Construction on the complex started in 1979 and ended in 1986. The complex houses two multifloor building one of which is The Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago which itself has an Auditorium located as a separet building within the complex.

The Central Bank Money Museum which tells the story of money from a local and global perspective is located on the ground floor of the Eric Williams Financial Complex and is open from Tuesday to Friday.
