Gunderson LLC is a leading steel fabricator in operation since 1919 and presently is a subsidiary of The Greenbrier Companies. Gunderson LLC operates a full service railcar manufacturing and refit facility here on the banks of the Willamette River covering a total of 63 acres and includes 908,000 sq. ft of indoor warehouse and factory space. To date, Gunderson LLC has built over 100,000 railcars and the adjacent Gunderson Marine has constructed over 2,000 marine vessels.
