This is a beautiful village beside Jamuiwari River. The name Belari comes from Bel. Bel is a fruit whose sharbat is very tasty and healthy in summer. This place was jungle of Bel trees. This village is inhabited by people belonging to many casts.
The Brahmin tola is inhabited by people who are descendents of Sri Kamal Narayan Jha. He was my 9th generation ancestor. His Gotra was Kashyap and mool was Murre-Sihol. He came here the very same year when there was great flood in Kosi. So according to me the year was probably 1655AD. He had 4 sons Aakal Jha, Bhukal Jha, Asha Jha and Posha Jha. The remaining Banshawali can be known from many people in the village. Sadly few living outside village have it. I love my village because it is my actual home.
