Mukhouderovka is the centre of Mukhouderovskoye rural settlement of Alekseyevsky district of Belgorod region.
Mukhouderovskoye rural settlement includes:
— Mukhouderovka village;
— Koltunovka village;
— Blizhneye Tchesnochnoye village;
— Dalneye Tchesnochnoye village.

Mukhouderovka is the birthplace of philosophers-educators of 19th century Nikolai Stankevich and Professor Alexander Nikitenko.
Seven-year school was built here in 1905 at the expense of Nikolai Stankevich friend teacher Neverov. There is a museum of Nikolai Stankevich in this building nowdays.
Linden alley on a chalky hill near Blizhneye Tchesnochnoye settlement near Mukhouderovka village is a historical place with a memorable sign to the prominent Latvian folklorist Krisjanis Baron and the family cemetery of Stankevichs.
