A simple strip plaza type of convenience hosting Budget Foods supermarket, Mario's Pizzeria, Ranch Grill, Sweet tooth candy store, Chinatown Express for so-so oriental foods, and an assortment of little retail stores.
I think that there may also be some sort of self defense class going on there too.
