Navy Personnel Support Division (PSD). Why in the world it would be on the Air Force Base makes no sense at all, and there are no direction signs anywhere on the base. Take the flightline road around to the Northwest corner of Kadena, and the PSD is located behind the post office out this way. The PSD is only marked above the front door which is on the Southeast corner of it's building. They are usually closed for business on Friday afternoons for "training".
