  It was also known as big grassy island. Little grassy was just west of here but has eroded away.

  You guys are all wrong lol, 20 years ago there was three islands in the chain. In order from shore, Little Grassy, Big Grassy, and then Half Moon (sometimes mapped as Grand, but never referred to as). Help yourself to historical aerials on Google Earth to watch Big and Little Grassy disappear due to storms and erosion.
