It is the best located but worst managed hotel of the city.
It has only approach gate on the road. Hotel building is behind two shops on the main road, May be rented on very high rate but hiding the building view.
Gardezi sb try hard to manage it, but all remain in vain. All the changes made time to time are on temporary target basis. No solid step is taken to improve the usage, space utility, quality and vision for the last 25 years.
Better to lease it to some professional from Hotel Industry.
