The 75,000-square-foot, three-story building was constructed in 1989.
Designed by I.M. Pei as the headquarters of the Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which was located here until moving to Century City in 2007, at which time the building sat vacant for another year and a half.
It has a mural by Roy Lichtenstein in its 57-foot-high atrium.
