  • its called the Monroe County Public Safety Training Center. It houses the training academies for both Rochester Fire and Police Departments, MCC's Emergency Medical Service Program, Monroe County Fire Bureau, the Office of Emergence Preparedness and Rochester Fire Dept's Maintenance Barn. The property behind the PSTF (along the canal) is the Fire Training Center and the Police Shooting Range/SWAT Training Complex (next door to the west of the FTC).
