This was the airfield mess hall (dining facility) at Feucht Army Airfield. Tasked with feeding the men of the 4th Squadron 2nd ACR, the mess did a fantastic job of serving quality meals to grateful troops. A personal note: The mess staff were appreciated by the Airfield commander for their good work and he would occasionaly order it closed to reward the cook staff with a well-deserved long weekend.
