Ventana's peak is the main attraction of "La Ventana" with its 1,184 meters. "Ernesto Tornquist" provincial park is located at its base and is from the excursions to the area depart from. The original inhabitants called it "Casuati", high ground where you can look from. Ventana's peak has a rocky formation with a hole in the peak of 9 meters wide and 11 meters high. It was declared National Monument in 1959
