  Frankly speaking, I have already suffered from thinking a bout how could get rid from hard work in dirty and noisy environment. I fell that a chance had called on me to see the way and method the Japanese implemented in work. I am very impressed on the way the Japanese working keeping the cleanliness and the quietness of the place. This is refer to the fact that “ workers minds are cultural”
