Bob Cross Park is a full service facility with 48 acres available for passive and active recreation. The park is located next to the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School and provides amenities such as, baseball, softball and Little League ball fields, wading pool, four (4) tennis courts, playground equipment and swings, restrooms, picnic tables and shelters, concession building and the Rotary Trail which is located in the Bob Cross Memorial Nature Preserve. Recent improvements include lighting at softball fields 1, 2 and 3, and new sheltered dugouts. The park was purchased at various times from 1963 to 1975.
