Once a municipal power plant this place has seen quite a transformation, and today stands out as one of the most innovative restaurants in the region. Chefs Tomasz Kortus and Artur Wencel are responsible for an adventurous menu that makes use of the latest molecular techniques in food science (bet you never thought you’d see that in Gdańsk), with offerings including guinea fowl with yellow emulsion and brown butter.
