The Dalluge estate and Rogers Ranch had Cherimoya (& Avocado) orchards planted in Rustic Canyon in the 1920s. Remainders of them are here and there in the neighborhood. The new public park road to the Ranch goes through one of Roger's Cherimoya groves.
