The Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Building, locally called the "Boat Building", is a notable Modernist office building located on Constitution Plaza in Hartford, Connecticut which was designed by Max Abramovitz (of the firm of Harrison & Abramovitz). Constructed in 1963, it is billed as "the world's first two-sided building".
The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its architectural significance (#04001462).
