A census-designated place in the town of Mashpee, MA. Part of the resort of New Seabury, this island has limited access, and contains numerous multi-million dollar homes and estates. Of the 69 houses on the island, only 19 are used as full time residences, the rest are either exclusive rentals owned by the New Seabury resort, or are summer homes.
