Built on mud (and built with mud in fact), this ancient rugby ground is the home of the Llanelli Scarlets (RIP: 2006). Once an impressive rugby side who frequently made an above average position within the league tables, sadly planning permission was not granted to build 450 Wimpey houses so the finances ran dry. The stadium was converted into a museum of rugby history but, sadly, was more unpopular than the Millenium Dome. Finally, some young hooligans from Dafen burnt the place down, leaving the hopes and memories of an inferior tribe to be washed into the ocean forever.
2007 update: The last remaining Llanelli Scarlets merged with the Ospreys to form.... The Ospreys.
