The reconstructed living building of modern standards has been functioning at general and strict regime prison # 1 since 1948. . As it is too old, it will be abolished and replaced by the new one. Construction will be totally completed by the end of 2010. Living limit will be increased up to 2093. From the old infrastructure will stay only the Church. Construction of Churches at the prison establishments have begun from general and strict regime prison № 1.
