Wilkes-Barre city park. Named after F.M. Kirby who started a new adventure, co-opening a five and ten cent store at Wilkes-Barre with his friend Sumner Woolworth. The park was designed by architect Frederick Law Olmsted designer of gardens, parks, private estates, and portions of cities.
