Our pride! The first Degree college in Jhansi city with Science faculties.Bipin Behari College produced great scholars some are in Canada and USA. During Pranvir Singh, the first principal of the degree college, many sports man like Athar, Aslam and many other performed well.I was also played Hockey there.
