Wuhan Railway Station is located in the Qingshan district of Wuhan, China. It was constructed from September 2006 to December 2009 at a cost of US$2,000,000,000 (including upgrades to surrounding infrastructure). The station has a floor area of 114,602 sq m (1,233,570 sq ft). Its main arch spans 116 m (380 ft) and the highest point is 58 m (190 ft) above the ground. Designed by Amenagement, Recherche, Pole d'Echanges, the Fourth Survey and Design Institute of China, MaP3, and SNCF-IGOA, the station's design was inspired by the yellow crane, with the distinctive roof intended to resemble the crane's wings and is based on a sine curve.

The station, with 11 platforms and 20 tracks, serves the Wuguang Passenger Railway, the Shiwu Passenger Railway, the Hewu Passenger Railway, and the Hanyi Railway.
