It was constructed from September 2006 to December 2009 at a cost of US$2,000,000,000 (including upgrades to surrounding infrastructure). The station has a floor area of 114,602 sq m (1,233,570 sq ft). Its main arch spans 116 m (380 ft) and the highest point is 58 m (190 ft) above the ground.
