Quality Testing Office (BBJ) is the economic agency of the Association of Polish Electricians (SEP), established in 1933, initially known under the name 'Regulatory Mark Office'.

BBJ is the oldest and largest, a fully independent institution involved in conformity assessment of electrical products in Poland.

BBJ has a national accreditation granted by Polish Center for Accreditation and recognition of international organizations (IECEE, CCA and HAR) in the conformity assessment of electrical products. It is also the largest national notified body for the LVD directive by the European Commission.

BBJ also operates a quality management system certification.
