Amwaj extends over a wide area and is a new town within the City, for families and professionals who wish to live, work, dine, entertain and relax in a safe environment for intimacy and quietude.

With international experience of more than 135 years of architecture and urbanism, TRO / Jung Brannen Associates is expanding the project in a line of exceptional designers and responsive. Sama Dubai is also working with leading Moroccan and international consultants such as IDC (Consulting Engineering & Development) has been appointed as lead consultant for the first phase of Amwaj. Among the other consultants the most important, there Currie & Brown to manage costs and Khalid & Alami for infrastructure management.
