The Old Oak

A relict oak-tree which is little less than 400 years old. Impressive size of a trunk that splits in a half soon above the ground one can appreciate considering harsh semi-desert condition. Most of surrounding vegetation is a result of artificial seeding in order to prevent sand movement. There is a small creek running at the tree base that gets lost in a sand downstream. The three is recognized as a nature monument.
