Weapons storage area. I believe this area is where the "nukes" were stored. This site differs from the one to the north by having more fencing and a smaller footprint, making it easier to defend. It is also physically much closer to the alert apron. Therefore, I believe the WSA to the north was for conventional weapons storage only.
