This special building with the name "0-14" is a mixed use tower in the business bay of Dubai. Many people call this highrise tower - "Cheese Tower", because its special design of the windows. The height of the tower is 102m with 22 floors. The building it self is held up by the core and exoskeleton. The floor space is column free. The space between between facade and windows is like a chimney - it allows the hot air rise and cool air to come in from below. The architect is Reiser&Umemoto.
