Situated in front of the office building. Established in 1949, the authors - a sculptor - Manizer, architect - Velikanov. Monument Kamozinu, who was born in Bryansk, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, is a bronze bust on a granite pedestal. The composition of the monument is static. The sculpture is solved in a clear plastic restrained manner to the transfer of the portrait features a hero. High (3 m) pedestal of red polished granite in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a slightly raised base organically transformed into a stepped granite stylobate. At the top of the front of the pedestal the inscription: "P. Kamozin", below a bronze cartouche with the text of the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet.
