Large Neo-Gothic cross basilica centrally implanted on the west side of the Esplanade,
recognized as additional new parish church for the district since 1873.
First stone laid in 1868, consecration in 1891.
Baptistery of 1893-1899, finishing west facade and tower, 1901-1908.
