Church St Lambertus (Рёвер)

Netherlands / Limburg / Beesel / Рёвер

A bit of Reuver history. The Germans had an observation post in the church tower, the Sussex regiment which was over the the other side of the Maas blew up the clock. So, after the war, the county of Sussex gave Reuver a new clock to replace the one they shot up and it was put in when the church tower was repaired. It has Westminster Chimes !! So if you're on the market square during the day you might think you were in London !! It's just like Big Ben !
